Can you explain how any of these "new" rules change things for you personally, as opposed to the prior rules?
I don't see anything that wasn't there in some form or another already. In fact from what i have read, for the first time since I have been on eBay, the changes actually skew towards the interests of the seller. And fees went down. So please, tell me what I am missing...
