Ebay's New Policy For Non-Paying Bidders

    As a seller, if you get someone that wins the bid on an item and doesn't pay, you could file a "Non-Paying Bidder Complaint". This would give the bidder time to respond and if not, the bidder gets a negative hit and the listing gets renewed.
    Now the seller can only cancel the bid after 5 days from when it ended, and the bidder gets a free pass.
