First eBay sale. 0% positive feedback. I would guess scam. I’m surprised it’s not listed here on pinside for $20,000
It has 17 bids, a lot of sellers don't put a reserve on items in order to generate many bids, a calculated risk, but as Coz said, first Ebay sale with no feedback at all is a huge risk, albeit you should be protected by Ebay and by PayPal as they are pro-buyer and anti-seller.
