Quoted from toyotaboy:

T2 may be the first standard sized DMD?

In Mr.Pin guide again... WMS prior game was BOP - not DMD. Party Zone, under the Bally name has full size DMD. Production date 8/91 (one month after T2.) Looks like Gottlieb was late to the change with the monstrosity that is Super Mario Brothers 5/92. Can't imagine anybody else involved in the battle but feel free to educate if anybody knows otherwise. T2 first "regular" DMD as far as we know over here.

Oops. IPDB says Gilligan's Island was first. Eh...

Ipdb says T2 first game "designed" and "released" dmd. Gilligans has a May date, but took longer to start production.

Shall we debate which of those two games is better? I have no opinion actually. Never played a Gilligan! Hmmm...

seems like an idea which a few really passionate people (who seem to be bashing anybody with criticism of this resto--I guess I'll be next to get flamed) thought was awesome, and it looks like the quality of the machine itself is excellent; however, aesthetically, it's awful, in execution and in taste.

so flame away. i won't report since i won't give a sh*t what you guys say.
