T2 seconded, and casual players will probably like the gun. T3 is pretty easy too, just keep hitting the center shot. T3 is probably not in the price range though. T2 definitely is.

BSD lights Mist for free on Ball 3, but is otherwise very tough for newbies, even with regular flippers.

I think Guns and Roses also lights multi on Ball 3, but also probably out of your price range.
