With the upcoming holiday, I was curious to know what Easter Eggs in games Pinside would like to see in future games. With the advent of lcd screens, I believe there are great opportunities for programmers and designers to leave their mark.

I wouldn’t mind seeing an image of Gary Stern or Steve Ritchie pop up when defeating the Black Knight. Or maybe a Johnny Depp reference in Wonka...then again maybe not hahaha!

    Any ideas?

There's a ton of them in the Magic shop in Houdini. To many to mention and half the fun is discovering them. No Jack or Gary, but plenty of pokes at JJP and stern, spooky, and CGC to.

There should be a Golden Girls reference in every Elwin game.

Have yet to try Houdini out, but like the idea that AP knows how to have fun. In the SDTM interview when the game came out Joe Balcer was hilarious

An easter egg that appears when you load a game with code from a different game. Or a different model, I guess. That's all that comes to mind. Something with the camera they use in JJP games, maybe? Like a secret "mustache mode". And a secret alternative soundtrack from a flipper code. Using public domain classical music.

I like the different music idea! Imagine the 1812 Overture being played during MM multiball. That’d be awesome!
