Machine: Earthshaker System 11B
Issue: Under Ramp/J bumper flashers locking on (White/brown wire connected to PIN 9 on 1J12)
list of events:
*lots of corrosion from batteries that affected game operation
*cleaned up/neutralized corrosion and replaced SCR1-5, U41, R53, R54, R55, C30, 1J21, 1J22
Also removed very minor non battery related corrosion from U54 and U56
With that the game is fully operational except the aforementioned flashers locking on.

Steps taken to fix it:
Q6 was replaced and the board was tested in a separate machine.
*Issue persisted (which should rule out everything accept the CPU/Driver board )
Q6 was replaced again along with Q2, SR5 and U17
*issue persisted.

And with that ... that is were i am stuck.

Replace D-14 on the aux power supply. Leave 1J-12 disconnected until its fixed. Turn the power on and check the voltage on the base of Q-2, should be 0.8 volts or lower. What do you get?

I currently do not have access to the board.
I forgot to mention D-14 has been replaced. It appeared that it was replaced before i even got to it. machine was in storage for years.

I'm getting a solid voltage out of PIN 9 on 1J12 (i can't recall at this time exactly what that voltage is though.)
I have PIN 9 on 1J12 removed.

IF Q2 has a higher then 0.8 voltage where should i look. I really only want to make one more trip to my clients house if possible.

It will need to be replaced again since the this has been locked on again.

Any voltage is coming from the flash lamps. This is normal as they have voltage any time the game has power.

The AND chip or the PIA chip before the predriver.
