I need to see pics of the top and underneath of the Nevada/California mechanism. I need to see how the two wireforms attach to it and the screws that are used. Someone had taken mine apart and used the wrong stuff and I don't know what Im supposed to use. Thanks in advance.

I think you sent me those pics already. What I really need to see is underneath.

    Do you still need pictures?

Here's a couple pix from my recent rebuild. The first is prior to installing splitting california. Two pan head screws hold the back part of splitting cali with one of those on the wire ramp. The forward screw is countersunk so it's flush with splitting cali and it goes through the plastic, through the end of the wire ramp and into the tall threaded post. It's pretty blind putting this thing on while getting the moving part of the mech into the slot on the bottom side of splitting cali, so tricky.

I may have other pix if these aren't good enough.

Actually I wanted to see the underneath of the Nevada/California apparatus. I want to see what kind of nut goes onto the screws.
    thank you for the pics.

The just went to the hardware store and bought a Phillips head machine screw that’s fit the nylock nut and it worked fine.

I finally figured out what I needed to know the hard way the screw goes directly into the post that holds the ramp down. There is no nut on the back. Thanks for playing though.
