It's kind of strange, some pics online show that area with the blue bumper pad and some show it without - would certainly affect how the ball rolls out. Does it seem like the VUK puts it into the wireform with too much force? I occasionally get a ball that will come down other than in the groove but most (probably 95%) make it.
