Williams, 1989Going a bit crazy here. I have my extra ball settings set at 20 and 60 miles, but when I hit 20 miles the light at the scoop doesn't light and shooting the scoop doesn't award the ball. Am I missing another setting? The light is working fine in test...

Check Adjustment 11, Maximum Extra Balls. I think that if that is set to 0 you won't get any extra balls, no matter how the miles are set.
