I’m having a weird issue with my 25K light on ES... it was out when I got the machine recently, replaced the bulb and still out. I reflowed the socket pads on the lamp board, tested the lamp board diode, which was good but reflowed the solder joints to be sure. I replaced the socket and tested continuity to the pins on the lamp board which was good too. After reflowing the pads on the socket hole and board diode the light came on and worked... played a few games and it was fine. Turned the machine on the next day and it was out again. Any help is appreciated, thanks!

Yes, did that too... literally just found the problem... a lifted trace on one side of the diode. Looks like someone replaced it before and burnt the trace. So far so good.

Yeah, I replaced the diode and scraped off the coating and soldered the lead directly to it. Should be fine.
