I have a problem I can't quite figure out. A customers ES came up with the adjustment error and the battery's were replaced. Upon restart they get the adjustment error and go into the menu system and make a few changes and upon exiting the menu and going into game mode the display shows all segments lit and the game does not play. It is a pinscore display but I swapped boards from my BK2K; main board, the display board, PS board and the aux PS board and the problem continued. Then I swapped the game ROMS (U26, U27) from the BK2K into the ES the game boots and plays correctly, but not with the ES ROMs. BUT when I place the ES ROMS in my BK2K the game works like it should. I hope that makes sense. So I am a bit confused. Any ideas?

    Thanks
    Russ

Did you put the ES roms back into the ES after they worked in the BK and they still didn't work? Maybe a little bit of corrosion? That is odd.

Yes, I put the original ROMS back in the ES and still got the same problem. Real head scratcher..
