yep, this! super common reason for no flippers and what I was going to post about.

Driver board is commonly a single sided PCB with no plated holes which seems to get cracked solder joints faster. The flipper enable goes to driver J4, so check there too.

Not sure off hand but will be same wire color as mpu j4 pin ken listed above. You can also check out the wiring diagram page in the manual. It will show where the connections go.

Give the solder joints on the driver board and mpu a good visual inspection. You can usually see when they are cracked.

Since it's intermittent some gentle flexing of the connectors while in play mode to see if the relay clicks may narrow down where the problem is.
