    There are modern 120V line filters available that you can get at a good price most anywhere.
    Many of the newer line filters available incorporate surge protection, which would also probably be a good idea.
    You could probably use an outlet strip with surge protection and get the same results.
    If you want your machine to be "original" the old ones are probably still available.
    Personally, I would want a newer product if I was going to purchase something to install.

    Most pinball machines will never exceed 10 amps, so if you get a filter that will carry 10 amps, you should be OK.
