Quoted from Drewblood419:A warranty is a warranty
^^^^ THIS!
The fact of the matter is that CGC opted to include a warranty against manufacturer defects with MMr. As a matter of fact, they used it as one of the selling points of the game. This insert issue is a defect in manufacturing and as an owner I have every right to demand that it be addressed, if I so choose. Personally, I don't think it is asking too much to expect a new populated playfield to be shipped to me. Simply sending a new, unpopulated playfield leaves me with an awful lot of work to do on a NIB pinball machine that I paid a premium price for. If I bought a new car with a manufacturer's warranty and I got it home and the headlights did not work, I, like most everyone else, would demand that the issue be resolved completely by the manufacturer or the manufactures agent. I would not allow the manufacturer to ignore the issue entirely or send me a DIY kit to fix it on my own.
