Marco is outrageous for the replacement LEDs. You can find it cheaper on eBay. You do not need the early production one, I believe you just move 2 of the screw post holes and it will fit. Doublecheck some of the recent F14 threads for a discussion on this exact topic.

For the glass itself instead, do a search of other F14 posts, numerous people have been having multiple displays out, and were going to switch to led. You may be able to buy one of them from them and desolder the one you need to move over.
