Other then Fireball(a favorite) could anyone recommend an EM Multi-ball to look out for as a Player?

I have always like BLY Balls a Poppin,
Though kinda hard to find and when you do be prepared to spend
$1000-2000.
Star Jet is ultra cool, (artwork wise) but a side drain monster,
though I will never let mine go for any price.
Quoted from pinhead52:
early 60s gottlieb single player EMs (credit games) allowed you to put all 5 balls in play
I guess that was one way to do it. As opposed to Bally and Williams that integrated multiball with playfield ball locks.
The Wiggler
Mad World
1957 Bally Circus
4 Million B.C.
Bally seemed to be the king of early multi ball.

Not sure "Mad World" is really a multi-ball game since the second ball is released into the shooter lane instead of onto the playfield. Seems to me like it's just a creative way to win an extra ball.

Pretty machines Folks!
Damn right. I need to get a woodie for my collection.
I own and would highly recommend Nip It. It is fun to play with the grabber mech. , zipper flippers plus a great backglass too !
4MBC is a great pin. Miss mine but there have been a few popping up. Zipper Flippers, multi-ball, cross field ramp skill shot, stealing trapped balls from another player on the carry over...

Yeah, but the ugliest plastic lightshields ever!
Capersville is up there with fireball.
Balls a poppin is super overrated and just expensive novelty for 15 minutes
Capersville is a great game.
I used to want to buy a Fireball. After playing it again, I've kind of backtracked on that. I was never a huge multiball fan, and outside of the novelty of the spinning disc, there's really not a lot to do on that game.
I was going on my memory from impressionable teen years when the game came out. Playing it again years later changed those impressions.

Say what?
HA...thought it was multi-player! Need my eyes checked

But 4MBC... Dinosaurs? That makes up for it right there!

i own both and have them sitting side by side, for me capersville is a better player..here is mine in action
I think 4MBC is the best player out of all of them, especially if you're playing 2 or more players. Wiggler is a lot of fun too, but doesn't have the strategy that 4MBC does. Star-Jet is fun with the best art package. Fireball has a great art package as well, and the disk adds that element of randomness that gets the emotions going sometimes when you get a good or bad redirect. Depends on what's most important to you.....
