Stern Electronics, 1979Im helping a friend with his Stern Dracula and his MPU wont boot. I am getting 4 full flashes and a VERY short blip on the 5th. Does that mean its 5 or its 4? According to common troubleshooting, it's looking like a PIA problem, but I have swapped in some from a working game. Does that make sense?
