Doctor who giving me issues on driver board. Tested all Tip 102, 107, 136 and pre drivers. all are testing OK. All All bulbs are brand new. In my attached picture here is what is happening.

Yellow highlighted are all Lamps that are not working.

ROW 6 I found Resistor 151 is bad.

ROW 7, COLUMN 5, Lamp is locked ON

I am reflowing all header pins. The MPU is brand new. All connectors repinned for the MPU.

Any ideas from the group? I plan on reading the wiki and jumpers(alligator clips) to see if I have board or off board issues.
