Oh, sorry. Yeah, all graphics are on a real DMD. PinMAME with P-ROC support is designed to drive the graphics through an original DMD. The BOP PinMAME code is compiled to simulate a 7 segment display on the DMD so you can run the original game code and still have that classic 7 segment display, but nonetheless, the hardware itself is a real DMD.

Awesome! Hopefully L-8 can be used rather than L-7. L-8 if you do not know is a hacked version of L-7 that removes the reset bug in multiplayer games. This looks amazing and Bride moved to the top of my list in anticipation. Have it ready and waiting now.

Seeing they are making colour dot matrix displays based on colour monitors for old pinballs these days, wouldn't it make sense to use the same thing for BoP 2 thus eliminating the requirement for an expensive DMD and bringing the price down. This is assuming the processor board being used is a PC or Raspberry Pi or something with video output of course.

It wouldn't make sense if they have to do a bunch of reprogramming, that is, if they have been programming for DMD. However, seeing as how the color LCD thing emulates a DMD, perhaps it would be possible.
