I went down to Durango, CO this past weekend and had the BEST time playing pinball and being in the beautiful outdoors. The righteous Jason "Ace" Thomas hosted a great tournament that was full of pinheads and their families. Nearly 30 players had a fantastic time! Never in my life have I seen so many kids playing pinball and having a blast. Pinball is alive and well in this little slice of mountain heaven. We even had a celeberity appearance by The Grateful Dead's Phil Lesh! If you are anywhere in the neighborhood, check out J'Bo's pizza and would like to check out a tourney, look it up on the Colorado Pinball Tournament Facecrack page here: https://www.facebook.com/groups/197343113934625/

Hope to see you there!

Thanks for the nice review. Hope to see some pinsiders come through the 4 corner area.

I will have to keep this in mind on my next visit!

Phil at a tourney amongst the Stern Army. Does this mean that we will be seeing a Grateful Dead music pin or better yet a TZ rethemed in to the Phil Zone? (one can only hope) Thanks for this post, I spend a few weeks each summer outside of Durango, so will definitely be making this a stop.

Durango is a great little mountain town. Ride the train, mountain bike, hike, raft. Lots to do. Wear yourself out, then go play some pinball at JBo's. Highly recommended.

Super Jelly, playing pinball with Phil would be epic and a dream of mine.

J-Bo's is the best place to start.
