So I’ve been working on a friend’s Future Spa. It has one of those severely peeling aprons. I bought a decal from Jeff at Classic Arcades. I completely stripped the paint, added a Rustoleum 2x Ultra cover primer followed by 3 coats of Dupli-Color Perfect Match. I only painted the front edge. This is the result. Severe orange peel effect and a milky appearance. Did I get some bad paint here? Did I do something wrong? How do I fix this? Do I have to strip it again and start all over? I would really appreciate any suggestions. Thank you.

The timing may have been slightly over an hour but the 2 different types is probably the main reason. I didn’t realize I was applying lacquer over enamel. So I guess it needs to be stripped again? Thanks dr_nybble.
