I haven't used it either, but have read some pretty negative reviews:

Main issue is that it's not supported by apps other than the included tables -- so no Pinball Arcade or Zen Pinball with this controller. And the mfr is evidently out of business so no more tables will be forthcoming. So unless you're in love with the few existing tables it's probably not worth the time, unless you plan to use the parts for something else or hack it like this guy did:
