Do all drop targets have their own spring on the side, attached at the bottom of the spring to bottom of the board? The middle target on my JD has been intermittently working but now stuck in the up position. I took out the assembly and looking at it I noticed the middle target doesn't have this spring. Is this the problem? About to spend $5 shipping on a 50 cent spring.
