Recently my drop catching skills have completely gone to sh!t. I'm too late or early. I'm dumping the ball a lot. Does anyone have any recommendations for me on how to get my groove back?

Drop catch a lot. Play practice games where even if it doesn't make sense, drop catch. Do it from impossible angles that don't actually work. Repetition is what brings it home. Some games (on classics) I do nothing but catch the ball and then tap pass back and forth. Don't do anything for points, just practice.
