I bought a 12V drill and driver from HF for specifcally this reason.
I use the drill for the jack, and the impact for the leg bolts.
I do not use the impact on the jack because it takes too long and its really loud for no reason.
I chose 12V so I could charge it in the van.
The drill does have to be set to slow speed, but that gives me higher torque.
