So the Judge I just brought in has a few issues but the main one was that only one planet rotated. Long story short, the brass gear that is press fit onto the shaft that the interruptor attaches to had a broken tooth. That one tooth was enough to make it not spin. I have seen people try and correct this by putting zip ties on the spur gear to try and mesh them harder.
Unfortunately the brass gear is not a standard off the shelf item. I considered just making the gear but decided to make the gear and shaft as one assembly. I did not add the divot to locate the interruptor but since the new part is plastic it should be easily set in place with set screw.
Works awesome, it's amazing what can be done with a 3d printer.
