Yes a similar product has been out from many years now, but I would classify those more as paint as they would smear (like in the video) until it was dry. I have use the older products to repair traces on those flexible 'circuit boards' that use to be on many devices (not so much anymore).
Just another step on the home scale towards printable electronics:
