this looks so good, and the animations are already done (and I'm assuming easily rippable). This game doesn't necessarily go in order, which makes it great for a pinball crossover. I really hope these guys finish this.

    Quoted from INK:

The lack of updates and the missing(?) Facebook page could only mean that one of the companies he contacted decided to produce this game.

Wish that were true, but if it was stern for sure this thread would also be scrubbed (or deleted by a mod). That's what happened when Keith Elwin got hired by Stern to turn his homebrew into iron maiden. Every website, every youtube video taken down.

    Quoted from arcademojo:

Update: looks like it’s canned now. What a shame it was one hell of a nice looking game.

Wasn't he all uppity about the guy that built a virtualpin using artwork he didn't have rights to, and talking about how he was in talks with the licensor so he could start producing real games?

i dont get 1up doing dragons lair, that game has very little replay value. even when it was in the arcade you only played it so you could finish watching the animation. if i really wanted to play it i can download it on my phone for $5 (its only 4 directions and an action button). now a pinball could work because you could take that world to create a loosely base of the original story like stern did with jurassic park.

even if he "could" get away with showing a homebrew, nobody is going to ship a homebrew game across the ocean just to show it. if you're spending that kind of money, you're looking to recoup those costs from manufacturing multiple.
