From his post on FB I read it as HE is working with Digital Leisure with a NDA and is allowed to show some progress, but one or two other a-holes are trying to sell cabs/games using his prototype art...

I think my post was a bit too personal and I apologize for that.

In a reply to that fb post he said "If it doesn't happen I'll give everybody their money back." and to that I replied "Those were the absolute worst possible words you could have posted." because we all know how many times now that statement has gone south.

The live action movie was announced a year ago, so Digital Leisure and Netflix lawyers have likely been tightening up the IP since then.

I'm sure the word 'kickstarter' in relation to Dragon's Lair triggered a red flag.
It's really too bad, it was looking pretty amazing.

Ok, so if that's true, from what he posted he's known about both these guys making fake FB accounts/posts for years and not at least tried to get the one immitating him shut down? I'm a nobody, and when a duplicate FB account of me popped up I reported it and it was shut down in a day or two. Like I told him on the FB group before the Kickstarter Poll he's got a good eye for layout and design, but obviously he's ran down this path with blinders on and smacked into a big tree.
