Game starts and boots fine. Start a game and when pressing Auto Launch...Nothing. Here is the strange part. Pressing Left flipper Auto Plunges the ball. During gameplay, the ball will auto plunge if ball is saved. Any ideas on where to start? I will be checking for broken wires and such.

Sorry to drive up an old post. I'm having similar issues with mine. I checked the launch switch with a dmm and the launch switch works in switch test mode. Did your issue end up being a bad launch switch or another switch? This has me a little stumped seeming as it works fine in switch test mode.
how about the shooter lane switch if it has one - launch button probably won't launch if it doesn't see a ball in the lane.

Shooter lane switch is fine as well. For SAG, I put 4 balls in the machine and the launch button works, but of course it double serves. Got me real stumped.

Make sure your ball trough switches are working, sometimes they need a bend or the switch may be sticking. I replaced my auto launch switch, mine was bad. If the timing is off between trough switches, boom 2 balls served.
