Legally he may not have been able to. Those clamoring about professionalism, were the biggest shit throwers when things were delayed or silenced because of the legal steps taking place. We all have feelings and wants-sadly the business/legal world is often not in lock step with them.

They did. They announced the steps being taken. Your beef is that you didn't get the kind of communication that you felt entitled to or wanted. Noted.

Again perceived missteps. A lot of feelings and opinions that are not really based in the legal or business world. Folks want them to act like a real company/professional company and then complain when they are not responding on Pinside. They did exactly what they should have, they went out and hired the necessary people and took the necessary steps.

My comments are not really directed at you. I have just seen a lot of complaining on here, "they need to get in order." "they need to do x, y, and z" "why is it taking so long, etc"
