IF what Phil has stated is all true what is the chance that DP has enough money to refund everyone's money? Per Phil, correct me if I took his post out of context, DP had used DPUSA funds for BoP and for travel expenses! If this is the case (speculating) then one would have to assume that DP would not have the funds to fulfill all refund request.

They (allegations) can be all true, part true or all false but the best thing for DP to do, IMO, take it all in and think before responding.

Kevin, agree with your post but today with things like Kickstarter people now come up with the idea and use other's money to stat a business. It appears the days of starting and funding a business from the ground up are falling by the wayside!

Anyone correct me if I am misspeaking here.... Roger has a company that does licensing work (Sharpe Communications I believe) that is outside of WMS. So I am assuming that DP has hired Roger's company, Roger, to handle the licensing for TBL machine!
