Phil, you say you want to clear out the DP-USA paypal account,
And all of the money in there is pre-order money, yes?

So, why isn't just ONE phone call needed to paypal, and say,
"Hey, please refund every deposit back to whoever sent it?"
they know exactly who sent it, even if you don't.

and that account should have a zero balance within 24 hrs, if not sooner.
And then you can close it, what am I missing??

What i'm scared about is Phil, stating, he put all this money in purchasing parts all over the world
on his credit card,,
then 60K as well,, I am thinking, he has for sure, taken money out of this account(DP USA) to cover himself, that he should
not of , but it is, what it is, now , there is not enough to refund everyone...
where is that $$$ gonna come from now?

Just IMO, I wonder if Phil took out too much money for his own salary, expenses, etc..
and DP is shell-shocked by it.?
