Poor North Star... painted white, then painted black

I don't think this one can be brought back with the Xylene... luckily the art is just straight lines so I'll uncover just enough to make my own stencils and I'll have to do a full repaint.

What makes it extra hard is the white on white paint job - it's hard to tell whether the white you're seeing on the blue or red is on top of it and needs to be removed or if you just removed too much and you're down to the original white layer.

What's that?
