    Quoted from alveolus:

I am looking to embark on starting a local pinball club. I have little idea of what works and what doesn't so I am hoping for some suggestions.
I plan to try to reach out to the local coin-op forum as well as look for local members of RGP, KLOV and Pinside. Not sure about other marketing avenues. Thoughts?
I plan on initially hosting at my home (7 machines) and hopefully branch out to other collectors homes eventually. Location play around here is quite limited.
When enough members are recruited, I hope to organize a league.
A website will be necessary at some point. I can only hope another member might some experience with website creation.
I'm sure I'm missing a bunch of pertinent issues. All input is appreciated.
    thanks,
    Shawn
