Fingers crossed we get a cabin. Driving 16 hours w/o a cabin just won’t work for us unfortunately.

We went and supported in previous years but were excluded from cabins in 2017 by the previous organizer (actually had our reservation cancelled on us after we had it charged on our cc).

I would love to see some sort of lotto system for getting cabins. Giving extra tickets to those that have brought games in the past.

That way the long term supporters like the carols would have like 20 tickets. And everyone could still have one ticket to get a shot.

Making it a rule that each cabin brings two pins may be good also.

Trust me. If I was closer I would rent an rv and happily take one of those spots.

This is an amazing event and thx Russell and Ryan for making it happen. I am sure it will be better than ever

    Quoted from Russell:

There are lots of lodging options still available. I'd recommend looking at the casino/hotels in Blackhawk, CO. The Ameristar is particularly convenient. It's about 3.8 miles from the camp site. Alternatively, there is a second campground about 0.8 miles away from the primary site.
We are trying not to cap the number of entries, but I would advise paying your tournament fees in advance in case we get to a number we can't accommodate. Send me a message at [email protected] if you haven't received an invoice.
Just to remind everyone, the event is held the weekend after Labor Day, this year it is 9/6/2019-9/8/2019. See you there!

Is there a way to reserve a cabin for next year?
Would like to attend but can only do so if we are able to get a cabin (just our reality).

Our work/life balance requires lots of pre planning to get time off, which means knowing earlier is better for our personal needs of planning.

    Quoted from Russell:

Sorry, no. I will allow people to have first right of refusal for their previous year’s accommodations. I will also maintain a waiting list for people who wish to “upgrade.”

As you know I attended and heavily supported 3 years ago.
I then made a reservation and had credit card charged and then my cabin later cancelled for the reservation 2 years ago (I know, was Steve that had this done and before you were involved), so I was excluded purposefully this year from the option of "first right of refusal"
2018 obviously did not happen or I would have supported.

I would like to request my 2016 act as my previous years accommodation for 2020 and be put on the list for people offered cabins.

If you are starting a waitlist, I would like to be first on the waitlist for 2020.

    thanks

So, what do I need to do to try and get a cabin for next year?
