The pops are tied together — normal.
Game turns on from left flipper — normal.
Relays on the bank are trip/latch so also normal.
Can you start a game with the start button? You may need to put credits on the credit wheel.

Are you sure it is the change relay? It is designed to be energized for long periods. Do you have a picture?

If it is under the play field it is likely the change relay. Should be able to stay energized all the time.

It is energized through the match unit on half the points (every 10 points it changes state).
