It's a two way street people when you make a deal and at least if I try to keep in touch when something comes up. Which it does sometimes. I have bought and sold many games. I agree if you agree on a price you should be a man of your word. That being said waiting more than a few days always comes with risk. I actually don't blame the seller...the only time I held a game for more than a few days is when the buyer put down a deposit....next time put your money where your mouth is....
