Yep I have been ripped off from a couple people from brazil and other places as well outside the USA That do this scam. They first try to get you to ship to a different address then the one they have on ebay,, this is a big red flag for scammers. They get the goods and there money back. I have stopped shipping overseas, USA lower 48 only.

I try to stay away from Brazil, period. Just listed as one of the worst places to visit.

But Brazilian Wax is good, right?? In some applications it's better than using carnauba I think.
