I will say this... that monitor is a Sanyo 20EZ. I have recapped (replaced all the capacitors). On many arcade monitors, the 20EZ is easily the hardest to remove from the monitor and to work on (physically). You might want to reach out to a tech and pay the $100 or so to have it done if you don’t have any experience on soldering or monitors in general.
And for Pete sake, Do NOT replace the crt monitor with an LCD screen. The monitor is one of the most important parts of the machine being original and retaining its functionality and value as an original antique
