Yeah, iTunes went downhill bad. They wrecked the interface a long time ago. But overall the technology still works well. Combine iTech with Amazon Unlimited for music, and it's awesome. Just another opinion.

I did the same thing with my 4. But I also agree that it is planned obsolescence. My phone ran slower and slower each year until it was useless. It couldn't even do what a phone was intended to do. And I firmly believe Apple slows down older tech on purpose. If my phone had run that bad when it was new I would have returned it immediately. But now I love my new phone, and I know that 2 or 3 years from now it will be a complete turd.
