    I'm in the same boat. Had been an iPhone and ipad user since day 1. ITunes seemed to get less and less user friendly with each update. I think it's a horrible mess now. I jumped ship to a Samsung Note 3 and love the freedom it brings with drag and drop folders instead of loading music via iTunes.

    I still have an iPad, but I now prefer my Microsoft Surface Pro. I can use it as a tablet and love the option to flip out the keyboard for the full Windows experience.

    Yes, it has been a disaster for quite some time. I still use an iMac at home and at work, like the variety of having a Windows machine, but don't miss my iPhone. Frustrating when I wanted to do something outside Apple's walled garden.
