Someone please let me know when the Papa John's Pinball will be coming out. I'm all in on that one. Better ingredients Better Pinball!

Quoted from wtuttle:

This was super helpful. I modified the price slightly (mine is on location). I'll post pics soon.

I'm glad to hear it. I still haven't printed these up yet so I would love to see what they look like.

#653 6 years ago

As promised. Laminated and printed on decent paper.

Oh cool! Those turned out great. I've been meaning to head to Kinko's since I shared those...maybe I'll get to that this weekend.

I had a big game today.

Mr. Fawzma, just a heads-up, 'Pizza Wars', re-started everyone I hit the scoop after exiting the mode the first time.

Another idea for the code update: extend the points for Destroying the Noid. Once I got to 10,000,000 (4-kills), it went back to 1-million.

Finally, I'd love a tombstone in the high-score list that says the top 'careers'...I think I got to +80 on my big game, but I really have no idea.

Cheers from Canada,

Winston

Installed a Pin Stadium kit this weekend. Big difference. Thinking about adding color to some of the inserts. Really fun game.

Anyone ever see a topper for Dominoes ?

#661 6 years ago

I haven't seen one but I keep thinking a version of this on top would be amazing.

Anyone know about the Noid shooter rod? There is a full machine for sale out of California on the Marketplace with one. Didn't know this was an option.

I'm pretty sure the Noid shooter rod was an aftermarket thing. It definitely wasn't offered from Spooky.

Speaking of mods, I had a fun conversation with a buddy about building out a raspberry pi to watch the code and order you a pizza when you beat a high score.

Just conversation at this point but a fun idea.

Last night my wife and I finally got around to installing the Domino's Game Blades by Tilt Graphics.

https://www.tiltgraphicsinc.com/product-page/domino-s-pizza-gameblades

I think they look really good and tie in well with the existing theme. Recommended if you are into this sort of thing on your games.

Looks great...now if we could just get some code updated, we'd be all set!

What size are the Instruction Cards?

#668 6 years ago
Quoted from Jones44870:

What size are the Instruction Cards?

5.13" x 2.427" according to my files. I just downloaded the Rob Zombie cards on Spooky's website and used that as a template for size to create these for my machine.

I still have the Photoshop files sitting in my Dropbox account if you wanted to take those and use them for your cards.

Feel free to alter them as needed.

Now that I think about it I bet print size would be a bit smaller. Just a guess but probably something closer to 5.125" x 2.375"

I'll try to remember to check when I get home tonight.

#670 6 years ago

I printed off some and the size was always too big. Let me know. Thank you

#671 6 years ago

Checked last night and both Rob Zombie and Domino's printed up at 5.125" x 2.375" (or 5 1/8" x 2 3/8")

Hopefully that helps with printing your instruction cards.

Mr. Fawzma, any code update would be most appreciated!

#674 5 years ago

FYI: we used Domino's in my league tonight, and it seems to have held up well to the scrutiny of serious players. We have about 4-5 guys in the top 100, so I consider this a compliment to the game.

Dear Mr. Fawzma,

Even if your update is only partially complete, I think it would be helpful to this game.
Kindly advise as to your thoughts.

Best from Canada,

Winston.

I have created a solenoid chart for Dominos. This should help in servicing coil related problems. Click on it to see it full size (it's a pdf file).
