Dolly Parton
Bally, 1979Hi all,
I have a Dolly Parton pinball machine that I purchased about a month ago. It has been working really well until yesterday. I turned the power on and it makes one noise from the sound track and the digital displays do not light up. I took the backglass off to look at the circuit boards, when I turn the machine on, a green light lights up on one of the boards and then it fades off. Nothing happens when I press the start button. Any Idea where I should start with fixing it?

Common problems on these are connectors (esp on the rectifier board), battery damage, and crappy chip sockets

Short answer: Rectifier board fuses, clips, voltage test points and connectors.
