They do pop up every few months if you are patient, expect to pay $90-$120
This would be a very, very easy scratch build. Upper ball arch and saucer are very common Bally parts.

Ah, did not know about the mirroring!
Yes the only way to get a true mirror backglass is without the film option.

I had a Centaur with mirror option, this is true.
