To answer the latter question: under a rock!
We released Halloween and Ultraman in July. Sold out of factory units in 3hrs. I *think* one of our distributors might have some still available, but not 100% sure offhand. You can always email [email protected] for info on distributors' stock. Also, since this is the dog thread, obligatory dog photo (another one of breakpoint. I waited 20 g***** minutes to get this shot haha):

Added Eros to our family last week. 3 dogs and 2 people; I think that qualifies as a full house.
Eros is a long haired chihuahua. They are tiny to begin with, but this guy was a runt, so he's even smaller than his siblings!
Our golden and german shepherd are still learning that they have to be more gentle with him. But he's still amazingly energetic and playful, even for his young age!
