Quoted from zr11990:What is jade I have a rescue dog that looks just like her.
Quoted from RWH:Jade looks to be a boxer and a damn good looking dog at that!
She is a Boxer. One day after she came here, we were playing and I found out she really does box.
Thank you! She's my baby girl/funny lady.

Huskies are beautiful, funny and expressive doggos. Here is a pic of my Frankie one year when we actually had snow on the ground. He was 16 when we had to say goodbye to him. Miss him to this day.

I once had a Chow mix who went through a phase where he wanted out of the house when we were at work. Every day he tore a hole in the wall by a window trying to get out. He even went through a door once. One night I had had enough and put him out the front door. I told him if he wanted to leave so badly, he could leave. After a few minutes, I opened the door to find him still sitting on the sidewalk. Never had a problem with him after that. He and my Husky were the sweetest dogs.
The rescue organizations are pretty strict. They have a lot vested in the dogs they take in and want to make sure they go to a home where they will be treated right and loved. The questionnaires are standard. They will probably also make a home visit before they decide you are worthy parents for the dog. The lady is probably testing y'all. If you really want to dog for the right reasons, you will continue to pursue it. Or, she could just be a bitch.
Personally, I would go to the local shelter. I once adopted a husky from the local shelter. Best damn sweetest, kindest, funniest, loving dog ever. (I miss him.) Shelter dogs are the best dogs. (I like to think of it as breaking one out of jail. It actually may feel that way from a dog's perspective.)
Excuse me while I go hug my Jade.
