here are my 2 girls.

they are sisters, part lab, kelpie and staffie.

though they are 16 now and haven't got a lot of time left.

been babysitting our 17 year and 2 month girl this week.

she hasn't got long to go, so making her life as comfortable as possible.

just shows you - she was the runt of a litter of 8 and she outlasted them all.

was going through some old photos and found this one of of our girl, blaze we lost last year at 16.

had an epic mental breakdown about 8 years ago and was in bed for around 20 hours a day as i was so burnt out.

woke up one day and she was there waiting for me, look into her eyes, she knew i was sick and wasn't allowed up on the bed.

bowie still going at 17 and 3 months.

my wife and i do everything we can to make sure her life is as amazing as it can be.

if only you could hear her little snores before she is carried to bed

bowie just celebrated her 18th christmas, just catching some sleep.

sadly bowie has lost most of her mobility. we are taking it one day at a time.

at 17 years and 7 months, time is nearly up.

we still carry her down to the beach every afternoon when things are cooler. she still loves watching the world pass by.

my wife and i will know when the time is right. though we have her right now.

bowie crossed the rainbow bridge this morning.

the house is very quiet now.

big day, over 12 months since we lost our nearly 18 year girl.

we welcome 2 new golden retrievers pups.
