Took a bad fall off a ladder at 16 feet yesterday and broke my humerus. Feels like I’ve been ran over by a train and I am couch bound for the next few days at least. This would be so much more unbearable without these dogs to look after me! Needless to say my pinball play is out the window for awhile.

Our baby Brussels Griffon Roona turned 4 weeks today, her and her sister have been hand nursed since day one and are thriving and starting to eat solid food. As long as their health progresses as normal she should be with us by the first week of December.

Coming up on 6 weeks! She and her sister are taking to solid food and thriving. 4 1/2 weeks and her and her sister come home to my wife and I and my parents.

Yep, their mother is a light red rough and the father is a red and tan smooth. The smooth girl will probably grow out some wire top coat but nothing like the coat on the rough sister. They looked so similar till around 3 weeks then they really started to show their true coats but their final colors which will lighten and coats wont be complete till they are around 1 year.

My wife and I made the 7 1/2 hour round trip to pick up the sisters yesterday and have settled in well, the short haired girl is homed with my parents who happen to live next door so plenty of play dates are in order. Don’t let their 3.3 pounds fool ya, they are full of fury!

The 13 week old girls had their first visit to their new vet today for their boosters and as expected they got tons of attention! They even managed to squeeze in a little rough housing while waiting.
